In the year 1555, the most famous fore-teller Nostradamus, predicted that the Spanish team will win the World Cup 2006.
Nostradamus wrote:
Spanish king and his army will cross over the Pyrenees at the end of the sixth month of the sixth year. The king will win the battle with Beelzebub on the fields of Central Europe, and the army will return the Holy Grail to Spain.
The Spanish journalists interpreted the prediction in the following way:

• The Spanish king = coach Luis Aragones.
• Army = the national Spanish football team.
• The fields of Central Europe = the football stadiums in Germany.
• The Holy Grail = the World Cup.

Apparently, Dan Brown (The Da Vinci Code’s author) had missed one interpretation of the Holy Grail. Did Nostradamus wrote something about the failure of the movie as well? :)
